Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “ToS”) carefully before using the PunsNow website (the “Service”) operated by [Your Company Name or “PunsNow”] (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Service is offered subject to acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, our Privacy Policy), and procedures that may be published from time to time by Punsnow (collectively, the “Agreement”).

PunsNow provides the following services:

2.1 AI-Powered Pun Generator Service

We provide a free, AI-powered Pun Generator and Name Pun Generator tool that allows users to input text or keywords to receive generated wordplay content. This service is provided strictly for entertainment and personal use.

2.2 Content Publication (Reader Revenue & Advertising)

We publish original articles, pun listicles, and related humorous content (the “PunsNow Content”). This content is supported by advertising revenue (e.g., Google AdSense), affiliate links, and potentially future reader revenue models (e.g., memberships).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 PunsNow Content Ownership

The Service, and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the design, graphics, coding, and the PunsNow Content published on the blog) are and will remain the exclusive property of Punsnow and its licensors.

3.2 User-Generated Content (UGC)

The user retains ownership of the input prompts they provide to the AI Generator. The output (the generated pun) is considered User-Generated Content (UGC).

Punsnow grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, publish, and share the specific puns generated for you by the AI tool. You may use this generated content for personal, non-commercial, and commercial purposes (e.g., social media captions, cards, merchandise designs), provided such use does not violate Section 4 (User Conduct).

4. User Conduct and Content Restrictions

By using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Transmit or upload any content to the Pun Generator that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

  • Use the Service to generate content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to PunsNow’s systems or interfere with the security of the Service.

Punsnow reserves the right to terminate access to the service for any user who violates these conduct rules.

5. Advertising, Third-Party Links, and Earnings Disclaimer

5.1 Advertising and Monetization

PunsNow displays third-party advertisements, including but not limited to Google AdSense, affiliate links, and sponsored content, across the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the display of these advertisements. We do not endorse any products or services linked via these advertisements.

5.2 Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by PunsNow. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that PunsNow shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties (Crucial for AdSense)

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Punsnow does not warrant that the Pun Generator output will be 100% accurate, non-offensive, or legally suitable for all purposes. We make no guarantee regarding the safety or effectiveness of the generated puns and strongly advise users to review all generated content before publication or commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PunsNow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any content obtained from the Service, including the AI-generated puns; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
